Prospect Traveling Notary provides mobile notary services in Park Slope, Brooklyn, and surrounding areas. Services are provided by a licensed and bonded notary public.

2. Fees & Payment

• Standard notarization fees are regulated by New York State.
• Additional travel fees apply based on your location.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours before your appointment. A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations.

4. Legal Limitations

• A notary public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice.
• We verify identity and witness signatures but do not guarantee the legal validity of your documents.

5. Liability
Prospect Traveling Notary is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of notarized documents beyond the scope of our official duties.
